Yes, you can use your own charger with Gexa’s EV plan. The plan is designed for drivers with Level 2 Chargers, and the plan’s saving estimates are based on Level 2 charging speeds. 

There are three types of EV chargers, each offering different charging speeds. The most basic charger is the Level 1 charger, which is the slowest charging option and uses a standard household outlet. Next is the Level 2 Charger, which is much faster and requires a 240V electrical supply. The third type of EV charger is the Level 3 Charger—also known as a DC Fast Charger—which is the fastest and is usually found at public charging stations.

 Yes, early termination fees for Gexa’s EV electricity plans range from $150 to $295, depending on the term of your contract. As a new customer, you can use our 60-day happiness guarantee if you are not satisfied with your plan.
