If you’re not satisfied with your new Gexa Energy residential plan, all you have to do is contact us within 60 days of your service activation date. From there, you’ll have the freedom to choose any eligible plan we offer, without facing penalties.  

The Happiness Guarantee offer applies one time only for new Gexa Energy residential customers. Keep in mind that your contract term will restart with your second plan, and the offer is subject to change or withdrawal prior to customer acceptance.
