**Gexa Energy offers Same-Day Electricity service within 24 hours for customers who successfully enroll in an available residential electricity plan and have an eligible meter. Requests must be processed before 2:00 PM Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Weekends and holidays are not available for Same-Day Service. Same-Day Electricity service is dependent on weather.
†Get Free Electricity all day and all night Friday, Saturday and Sunday, every week starting from Friday at 12:00 AM until Monday at 12:00 AM for 12 months.
‡A Usage Credit of $100 will be included for each billing cycle when your usage on this plan is above or equal to 1000 kWh. There is no Usage Credit for a billing cycle when usage on this plan is below 1000 kWh. Please review the EFL details to determine your price calculation for additional usage levels.
§If you re not happy with your new Gexa Energy residential plan, just contact us within 60 days of your service activation date. You have the freedom to choose any eligible plan we offer, without incurring penalties. It s that easy. Applies one time only for new Gexa Energy residential customers. Your contract term will restart with your second plan. Offer subject to change or withdrawal prior to customer acceptance.
Gexa Energy purchases renewable energy credits (RECs) from renewable generation resources throughout North America to match 100% of the energy sold under your electric plan. The RECs Gexa purchases represent the renewable attributes of power generated from a variety of renewable energy sources, including, but not limited to, the sun, wind, geothermal, hydroelectric, wave or tidal energy, and biomass or biomass-based waste products, including landfill gas.
