How To Enroll

Enrolling with Gexa Energy is easy! 

Tell us where you need service

1. Just enter a city or zip code to quickly find plans in your area. If you provide a full address, we will ensure that we find the exact plans that are available for you. 

Are you moving or switching?

2. If you need to turn on electricity service at a new location, simply select MOVE.  If you currently have service with another provider and want to switch to Gexa Energy, select SWITCH. Service can begin as early as the same day, though fees from the utility may apply to start service immediately. 

Provide your information

3. You will be asked to provide basic personal information (name, email, date of birth) and satisfy our credit requirements by completing a credit check, paying a refundable deposit or participating in one of our deposit waiver programs.

4. You will receive your contract documents by email and many more special offers and energy saving tips in our future communications. You will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe.

If you would like to complete your enrollment in Spanish, please call us at 866-329-4392. Our agents are ready to assist you between 7 am and 8 pm Monday through Friday and 8 am and 2 pm on Saturday.
