Gexa Energy Names Allison Wall as Vice President Residential Marketing and Customer Care,
Adds Victor Howard as Senior Director of Marketing

HOUSTON, TX - May 19, 2008
Gexa Energy announces Allison Wall as Vice President, Residential Marketing and Customer Care and the addition of
Victor Howard as its new Senior Director of Marketing.
In her new position, Wall is responsible for strategic initiatives designed to expand the company’s residential
customer base through customer acquisition and retention programs. Gexa Energy currently services residential
customers in all deregulated markets in Texas.
Wall formerly served as Gexa Energy’s Vice President of Operations where she was responsible for customer enrollments,
market operations, billing and customer care since October 2004.
Victor Howard joins Gexa Energy as the company’s new Senior Director of Marketing where he will manage its
strategic marketing functions, including brand strategy, marketing communications, customer acquisition and
retention, and marketing research and analytics.
Prior to joining Gexa Energy, Howard led global customer marketing and operations functions with Hewlett-Packard
where he was responsible for customer loyalty marketing, customer segment strategy, database marketing and marketing
process management. While at Hewlett-Packard, he also led the global operations business process management and
improvement function.
