ARLINGTON RESIDENT WINS FREE ELECTRICITY FOR A YEAR FROM GEXA ENERGY
Arlington, TX - August 13, 2007

Gexa Energy customer Jacquelyn Sanchez of Arlington doesn’t have to worry about paying her electricity bill this month... or the next month... or the next. In fact, she doesn’t have to pay her electricity bill for an entire year.

Sanchez’s name was selected to receive free electricity for an entire year in a drawing of Gexa Energy’s residential customers as part of the company’s Customer Appreciation Program. Gexa will conduct drawings for one winner each month through December, 2007. All Gexa residential customers are eligible to win, regardless of the amount of electricity they use.

“I was half-asleep when they called – I couldn’t believe it,” says Sanchez, a restaurant server who signed up with Gexa in the spring. “Nobody at worked believed me.”

Sanchez says she’ll look forward to pocketing the $400-500 she expects to save in the next 12 months. “It’s like found money,” she added.
