In order to protect your account privacy, Gexa Energy will only release account specific information
to you, the account holder, or your approved representatives. This access allows authorized
individuals such as a friend, family member or spouse to discuss your account with our representatives,
request duplicate statements, confirm payment and account balance information, and initiate or
terminate service orders with Gexa Energy on your behalf.
By authorizing additional individuals on your account, changes to your account can be requested along
with the release of account information.
After your information is received, Gexa Energy will contact you to verify the request. |
