Mark Ianni
President, Gexa Energy
Mark Ianni was named President of Gexa Energy in January 2007 after having served
in the same capacity for FPL FibertNet since his appointment in October 2005.
He previously served as Vice President of Emerging Markets for GE Equipment
Services, a subsidiary of General Electric.
In his over 10-year tenure at GE and GE Capital, Ianni has held general
management roles heading business units in the U.S. and Canada, and key
leadership positions in sales, operations and business development.
Ianni holds a Bachelor’s Degree from McGill University, Canada, and an
MBA from Queen’s University, Canada. |

Collin Coker
Vice President, Sales
Collin S. Coker was named vice president of sales for Gexa Energy in
September 2007 after joining the company in June 2006 as sr. director of
commercial sales. Responsibilities for the position include managing
customer acquisition through direct and indirect sales, mass markets
and campaign management in the Texas ERCOT retail market.
Prior to joining Gexa Energy, Coker served as director of sales for
Direct Energy where he led business development initiatives in attainment
of the company’s growth strategy for the residential, small commercial
and partner/affiliate channels, including broker and builder networks.
He began his energy career as an energy commodities broker in Houston and
served as director of west origination for Reliant Energy where he
completed wholesale structured transactions around the companies 5000
megawatts of generation in California. Coker has held additional key
leadership roles where he was responsible for negotiating and closing
acquisition and growth opportunities, wholesale power purchase agreements,
exclusive retail marketing agreements and development of internal and
external sales infrastructures necessary to meet business objectives.
Coker received his education from Texas State University along with
various acclaimed university sales and leadership certifications. |

Larry Boisvert
Vice President, Business Development
Larry Boisvert joined Gexa Energy in April 2007 as the vice president of
business development where he is responsible for leading the company's
business expansion into markets outside of Texas. Prior to joining Gexa
Energy, Boisvert was senior director of power marketing at FPL Energy
where he was charged with pursuing structured transactions and growth
opportunities in northeast markets.
Prior to joining FPL Energy in 2000, Boisvert held various management
positions at EUA Service Corporation, an electric utility that served
Southeastern Massachusetts and Northern Rhode Island, including positions
as manager of power supply and manager of conservation and load management
programs for commercial and industrial customers.
Boisvert has a bachelor of science and master of business administration
from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and a master of electric power
engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Boisvert is a
registered Professional Engineer in Massachusetts, Rhode Island
and Connecticut. |
