Antonio Marin Joins Gexa Energy as Vice President
of Information Technology

HOUSTON, TX - June 2, 2009
Gexa Energy has named Antonio Marin as its new Vice President of Information Technology where he will manage and further
develop the company’s information systems, computing and telecommunications resources.
Prior to joining Gexa Energy, Marin served as Chief Information Officer for Petrobras America Inc., the North American
subsidiary of Brazil’s largest energy company. While in this capacity, he was responsible for the organization’s information
technology and telecommunications operations, including its ventures in ultra-deep waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
His career spans more than 17 years in information technology covering operations support, development, project management,
and strategic planning.
