Gexa Energy Names Bruce Mccracken Manager, Market Development for Maine and Massachusetts

Gexa Energy, the Texas-based retail electric provider which has introduced service for commercial and industrial customers throughout the northeast, has named Bruce McCracken as the company’s Manager, Market Development for Maine and Massachusetts.

In this capacity, McCracken will manage the company’s sales efforts for commercial and industrial customers including office buildings, retailers and manufacturing facilities, in all three states. Gexa Energy offers fixed-rate and variable-priced products to businesses with month-to-month, one-year and multi-year contract terms as well as renewable energy backed by FPL Energy’s wind and hydroelectric portfolio. Gexa Energy is a wholly-owned, indirect subsidiary of FPL Energy, the largest U.S. generator of wind power. In addition, FPL Energy operates the world’s largest solar fields and is a leading producer of hydroelectric power in the northeast.

Prior to joining Gexa Energy, he served as the Senior Business Development Strategist at the Praxes Group of Portland, Maine as well as in an executive position with FPL Energy Marketing & Trading.
